New instruments

At Moor Music AG you can find a carefully assembled selection of guitars, folk instruments and accessories. When assembling my range of products I always keep in mind the needs of the beginner with a small budget. On the other hand I keep looking for high quality and special instruments for the demanding musician. Most of all I always make sure that every instrument and every piece of equipment leaves my shop in perfect condition and is made in a quality that stays in good condition for a long time. Every piece of equipment gets checked by me personally to make sure that it fulfills the high standards that my customers deserve before it gets the "Moor Music" tag.

Accessories

Moor Music stocks a wide range of accessories for all regular instruments. Reeds for woodwind instruments, lubricants, greases and polishes for brass instruments, sticks, heads and cleaners for drums, strings for stringed instruments (doublebass on special order only), most strings are available in sets and separately, cleaning accessories for stringed instruments, cables, picks, capos etc. Your daily needs to keep your instrument in shape are now covered in Kleinbasel too, thanks to Moor Music.

Second Hand

If a used instrument wants to find a new owner through me it must fulfill the same high quality standards as any new instrument. Of course signs of regular use such as little dings and scratches of wear and tear on the surface are not considered flaws but signs that the previous owner used the instrument regularly, which, of course, is proof, that he enjoyed playing it.
Wear and tear that diminish the playability or ease of use of the instrument will either be fixed in my in house workshop or combed out.

Specials

In my quest to offer my customers the best possible product for their money I am constantly on the lookout for products at especially favorable conditions. Those may be discontinued models, display models, special offers from my suppliers or other bargains. Naturally, these special conditions are shared with my customers. I always post such specials in the "range" section of my website. It is worth to check regularly!

Workshop

My workshop is equipped for adjustments, fret work, optimizing hardware, repairing and hot rodding electronics and other regular maintenance. Major repair work to wood and finish are done by external partners.

Custom Shop

Quite often the market doesn't offer the desired instrument, especially not at the required price. Thanks to Parts sellers there is an interesting and cost efficient solution to that problem. Using prefabricated parts we can compose your dream guitar together. Your personal, tailored, one of a kind guitar. Personally I hardly ever play anything else anymore.
